Information - Financial help
In accordance with the Education Reform Act (1988) no charges may be
made for activities taking place during school hours. All resources are
paid for out of the school budget supplemented by donations from
fund-raising events.
The school policy with regard to the above legislation is to ask parents and carers for voluntary contributions towards activities that could not be funded out of the school budget, e.g. educational visits and visiting performers. These activities have great educational value but they can only take place if sufficient contributions are received to cover costs. We hope parents and carers will support us with this.

If families receive income support, children may be entitled to free meals. We urge parents to collect forms from the school office to get authorisation from the education office.
